As an adviser in our 24/7 monitoring centre, you’ll play a vital role in delivering responsive, compassionate, and high-quality support to our customers. Your work will directly impact the safety, wellbeing and independence of vulnerable and older individuals in our community.
Key responsibilities:
Be a core member of our emergency call handling team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service, providing efficient and compassionate support.
Respond to emergency alarm calls, taking swift and appropriate action to safeguard vulnerable and older people.
Handle out-of-hours calls for emergency housing repairs, highways issues, adult social services, and lone worker support.
Assess and prioritise calls, liaising with contractors to resolve urgent repairs quickly.
Support the monitoring of telehealth and assistive technologies, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer Assistant
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll be a crucial member of our out-of-hours emergency response service, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate support across a range of essential services.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service as a key member of the out-of-hours emergency call handling team, doing what matters most to our customers.
Respond to urgent inbound calls from customers across local authorities, housing associations, educational settings and private companies, ensuring appropriate action is taken and customers receive a timely response.
Allocate tasks to contractors, manage workloads proactively, and escalate issues to senior managers or standby officers when needed.
Use various IT systems to log and manage calls, complete administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Respond to and process non-urgent housing repairs and council service requests, including making appointments where appropriate.

TEC (Technology Enabled Care) Officer
As a TEC (Technology Enabled Care) Officer, you’ll play a critical role in helping individuals live independently and safely by assessing their needs and providing tailored assistive technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Assess clients in their homes, identifying the most suitable assistive technology to support their independence, safety and wellbeing.
Install, maintain and remove TEC equipment, ensuring safe and professional set-up using appropriate tools and procedures.
Use company and partner IT systems to record client information, manage equipment, and support care planning.
Update and maintain client records, using digital systems to assist in prescribing and tracking equipment.

Community Response Officer
As a Response Officer, you’ll be part of a dedicated team providing emergency support and practical care and advice to customers, helping them stay safe and well in their homes.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to emergency calls, attending customers’ homes to assess needs and provide or coordinate appropriate support.
Deliver practical and personal care, including assisting customers with non-injurious falls and supporting with personal care.
Handle sensitive situations with care, liaising with next of kin, care agencies, and emergency services to ensure the right response.
Deliver compassionate care, respecting the privacy, dignity and individual circumstances of every customer.
Offer advice and support related to Technology Enabled Care (TEC) as part of the customer’s service.

As an IAA Adviser, you’ll be the main point of contact for individuals seeking support across adult social care services. You’ll provide timely advice, assess needs and help people access the right services to improve their wellbeing and independence.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a single point of access for information, advice and assistance for adult social care services, handling a range of enquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
Provide accurate advice and assessments, gathering essential information to evaluate risk, eligibility and support needs in line with the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (SSWBA).
Support individuals with Technology Enabled Care (TEC) by offering guidance and information.
Use a range of IT systems to record and manage customer data securely, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal protocols.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to positive and safe outcomes for individuals.
