We deliver a variety of services to support safety, independence and wellbeing for individuals at all stages in life, whether you need the occasional assurance or more comprehensive support, our services are tailored to meet your unique needs. Through assistive technology, wellbeing calls and check-ins to make sure you’re okay, and an emergency response service to support non-medical emergencies, we provide reassurance that support is always available when needed.

We understand that caring for a loved one can be challenging. We provide families and carers with real-time updates, wellbeing insights, and 24/7 emergency response, offering reassurance that their loved ones are supported even when they can’t be there in person.

  • Tech-enabled care devices We provide and install a range of smart devices, including personal alarms, fall detectors, GPS trackers, and home sensors to help keep you safe at home or on the go
  • 24/7 monitoring & alerts We monitor calls, devices and user activity, detect falls and act quickly – contacting family, friends, carers, our own responders or emergency services as needed
  • Wellbeing calls & check-ins Regular friendly check-ins to make sure everything is okay. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll follow up
  • 24/7 emergency response Help at the press of a button — our trained responders provide in-person assistance with specialist equipment for non-medical emergencies like falls
  • Hospital transfers & discharge* Safe and reliable transport to and from medical appointments or hospital discharge support to help you get home safely and settle back in
