Our lone worker monitoring and emergency call handling services ensure your staff and tenants are supported 24/7. Whether it’s a gas leak, flooding or a vulnerable tenant in distress, our specialist call centre triages and escalates incidents to the appropriate responders, be it your on-call staff or contracted maintenance teams. We operate to BS 8484 lone worker standards, and our team is trained in safeguarding, crisis management and emergency coordination.
