Help in an emergency – day or night
For those who need extra peace of mind, Delta Respond offers a 24/7 physical response service. Our trained responders will visit your home, to help after a fall or other non-medical emergency. They use specialist lifting equipment, and make sure you’re okay. This gives peace of mind for you and your family – especially if you live alone or fall more often.

People at high risk of falling, have limited mobility or live alone, or families who want the reassurance that someone can attend in person if needed

How it works
If you need help, whether you’ve fallen, feel unwell or have any other concern, our team will come to your home to provide support. If you have fallen, they will help you up safely using specialist lifting equipment, and make sure you’re comfortable before leaving. We’ll also follow up with your family or emergency services if needed
What makes our team different
Our response team is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to be able to provide safe, high-quality support whenever you need it. All responders are:
Fully trained in first aid, basic life support, manual handling, and dementia awareness
Able to carry out clinical observations and work closely with health professionals to support your wellbeing
Skilled in personal care and medication administration

Add on to your main plan for +£26 a month
or pay annually and get 1 month free (+£286 a year)
Availability & requirements
Respond is currently only available in Carmarthenshire and some parts of, Pembrokeshire and, Ceredigion, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
We’re expanding the service into new areas all the time, so please check back regularly to see if your location has been added.
