Review: Delta Wellbeing has been worth the world and she is very grateful

A customer shared that the help she has had from the team since before she left hospital has helped her tremendously. It has helped build her confidence to go home, and especially helped to ease the anxiety she had the first few days at home; knowing a friendly face was going to call and check she was ok really was wonderful.
