Delta Direct is our flexible, preventative support service designed to give reassurance, independence and peace of mind – whenever and wherever you need it.
With Delta Active, you’re not just protected at home. Lightweight, discreet and easy to wear, our personal alarm can be used out and about, meaning you can enjoy Spring with confidence. Whether you’re heading out for a walk, visiting friends, shopping locally or spending time in the garden, help is always close at hand at the press of a button.
If you have a fall, feel unwell, or just need reassurance, our friendly, trained team is available 24/7 to respond quickly and appropriately.
The pendant has a built in fall detector and GPS. If a fall is detected, or if the pendant is pressed for help, an alert is automatically sent to our monitoring team so they can respond quickly. The GPS function means we can help locate you when you’re out and about, providing extra reassurance for both users and their families that support is available wherever the day takes you.

For those who need it, Delta Respond is available as an optional add on, providing a mobile response from trained staff who can attend in person when help is needed. This includes falls assistance, with our teams equipped with specialist lifting equipment to safely help people back up where appropriate and helping to reduce the need for lengthy ambulance attendance and unnecessary hospital admissions.
