Our latest Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) Annual Return for 2025–26 provides a clear and transparent overview of the care and support services we deliver.
The Annual Return is a requirement set by CIW for all registered social care providers in Wales to complete each year under the Regulations and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (RISCA).
It helps ensure that people, families and partners can access consistent and reliable information about the quality of services, how they are delivered, and the difference they make.
We welcome this opportunity to reflect on the past year, sharing what we’ve achieved, how we support people to live safely and independently at home, and where we continue to learn and improve.
From 2026, there is a new legal requirement, under the Health and Social Care (Wales) Act 2025, for providers to publish their Annual Return directly on their own website. We are pleased to make this information easily accessible in both English and Welsh.
