Out-of-hours emergency form

Delta Wellbeing provides an out-of-hours emergency service to several local authorities, housing associations and universities. This includes emergency housing repairs, highways, dangerous structures, flooding, and social care issues.

It's important to know that the different organisations have varying definitions of what is classed as an emergency. Our team follows the guidelines provided by your local council or housing association, and we have no control over this.

We want to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all our customers. We will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff, including swearing or shouting. Our advisors are here to help you as best they can, so please always show respect during the call. We have the right to terminate the call if such behaviour occurs.

If you are unsure of what your local authority or housing association classes as an emergency during out-of-hours, please refer to their website for further information

test OOH Form

This form is for emergencies only when your local authority or housing association is closed.

This form is only for reporting emergencies. If you are unsure what is an emergency, please refer to your local authority or housing association website before completing the form. For non-emergency issues, please get in touch with your housing provider during regular office hours.

After the form has been completed and we have all the information required, our advisors will pass the emergency repair to the on-call contractor, who will attend. We will only call you after completing the form if we need further information.

Please note that we cannot provide an estimated arrival time as each local authority or housing association contractor is on-call and will attend as soon as they can.

Delta Wellbeing does not require you to take payment for your emergency repair. Your local authority or housing association will contact you after completing the repair with the total amount.
