Customer Assistant
As a customer assistant, you'll be at the frontline of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be handling inbound calls from customers in need of urgent out-of-hours assistance, efficiently allocating jobs to contractors, and ensuring timely responses to emergencies.
We're looking for individuals with empathy and compassion, who have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Full flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays is required.

We are looking for kind and caring individuals to join our team answering emergency alarm calls from lifeline pendants.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for older adults, lone workers, and those in crisis situations.
With exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure, you’ll triage incoming calls, promptly taking action such as dispatching emergency responders, as well as co-ordinating crucial services like emergency housing repairs and out-of-hours social care assistance.
The adviser role is ever-changing and fast-paced, with each task approached differently from the last. The role offers the opportunity to use dynamism and interpersonal skills, whilst giving you a genuine feeling of fulfilment that you’re making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. The team are like-minded individuals, focused on having a positive impact on some of Wales’ most vulnerable. Providing this lifeline for our service users is extremely gratifying.
