Delta Wellbeing adviser
We provide a multi-function call/contact handling service 24x7 across south-west Wales for older and vulnerable people who use social alarms, for out-of-hours emergency calls for all council services, and as an initial point of contact for social care to adults.
We are looking for flexible, motivated individuals who excel in working as part of a team delivering vital services. You must be caring and patient and have a good understanding of computers.

We deliver excellent customer service in relation to calls to the Delta Wellbeing Service, doing what matters to our customers first time and doing it right.
As part of the CONNET service that Delta Wellbeing offers, clients will receive regular wellbeing calls that are carried out to support wellbeing and welfare needs.
