Delta Wellbeing shortlisted in two categories in ITEC Awards 2024

Delta Wellbeing has been shortlisted in two categories in the ITEC Awards 2024.

Organised by TSA, the industry and advisory body for technology enabled care (TEC) in the UK, the awards celebrate the positive impact TEC services have on the lives of millions of people in the UK.

Charlotte Green is a finalist in the category for Operational Leader. Charlotte joined the company as an advisor in the monitoring centre in September 2019 and has quickly risen through the ranks to become Operations Manager just 18 months later in November 2021, responsible for the day-to-day management of the 24/7 monitoring centre, responsible for 72 staff and more than 36,000 connections for alarm monitoring and emergency response, handling on average over 1.5 million calls a year.

The company is also a finalist in the Partnerships category for the digitalisation of its monitoring and response platform with its digital transformation partner CGI, one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world.

The new cutting-edge platform has been launched two years ahead of the 2025 analogue switch-off and will enable health and care services to become fully integrated; and expand the range of assistive technology products and telehealth services the company provides, transforming the way health and social care is delivered through a ‘whole system’ approach, and supporting the continuous provision of high-quality care across the region.

The winners will be announced at the gala dinner as part of the International Technology Enabled Care Conference (ITEC) conference taking place at the ICC in Birmingham on March 18.
