We are looking for caring, flexible and motivated team players to join our community response team and make a difference to people’s lives in their hour of need.
As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of providing vital support and assistance to individuals in our community as part of an exciting model of pro-active Technology Enabled Care (TEC) services.
We're dedicated to delivering high-quality support, ensuring that every person receives the care and respect they deserve. You will respond to emergency calls and provide an appropriate and effective service to individuals in their own home, promoting independence, dignity and support. This service aims to avoid unplanned hospital admission for people who could safely be maintained and supported at home, as well as enabling people to return home from hospital as quickly as possible.
My job means I get to build trusted relationships with clients and their families and as a team, we quickly become familiar with their needs. For some, I may be the only face they see all day. Mine might be the only conversation that person has had in days. For me, it’s been the most rewarding time of my entire working life. As a team, we have gone above and beyond to try and make this time bearable for those who have needed us most and will continue to do so.
