We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new Delta Direct service — an innovative wellbeing and independence offering that helps people live safely and confidently in their own homes.

You’ll coordinate the full Delta Direct implementation, ensuring that operational, digital, marketing and customer pathways all align to deliver a seamless service. You’ll also provide line management to two Growth & Engagement Officers, guiding their work to achieve community engagement and customer sign-up targets.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

You’ll be out and about meeting people, attending events, visiting community groups and speaking with partners - helping individuals and families understand how Delta Direct can support their independence and peace of mind at home.
