Podcast: Using technology and data insight to help pave the way for new models of care?

We have teamed up with our digital transformation partner CGI to record a series of podcasts on digital health and care, looking at today’s challenges and how the right digital technology can overcome these and pave the way for a new model of care, putting patients first at the heart of the services being delivered.   

In the second podcast, we look at the power of data insight to allow health and care organisations to be more proactive and predictive.  With improved data sharing and systems incorporated, this helps the individual and their circle of care around them be more involved in their care delivery, and better supported with the choices they make.
