Starting the new year with CONNECT

As we say farewell to the festive season, January often brings a mix of emotions – excitement for fresh beginnings but also feelings of loneliness and isolation for many. The Christmas lights may have come down, but at Delta Wellbeing, our work to provide support and care never stops.  

We understand that the post-holiday period can be challenging for some, and reaching out to others can feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to face this alone. Our CONNECT service offers a lifeline, providing emotional and practical support to anyone feeling isolated or needing a friendly ear. Whether you need someone to talk to or want to find ways to feel more connected in your community, our team is here to help you navigate January’s challenges.

And that’s not all – we have partnered with community development charity PLANED to provide even more community support access. You’ll find our team based at the new Living Well Centre at Parc Dewi Sant in Carmarthen on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, where you can speak directly to them for information and advice. Whether you have questions about our services or need someone to talk to, we’ve made it easier for you to access the care you deserve.
