"I called Delta to help assist us this evening with my father-in-law who had fallen and was stuck on the floor. Help arrived within 45 minutes, the lady on the phone was nice and swiftly got the support we needed and the staff member who attended was great. He spoke to my father-in-law with dignity and respect, problem solved an issue with his kit with confidence, got him up and did so showing experience and competence. My father-in-law was very happy when he was safely back in bed and comfortable again. Please pass on our gratitude to Carl and the team for the good service received."
