Delta Wellbeing customers report increased safety and wellbeing
Delta Wellbeing’s annual customer satisfaction survey shows the significant impact its services have had on enhancing the safety and wellbeing of its customers.
Some 80%* of respondents reported that the support they had received from Delta Wellbeing had made them feel considerably safer or made a massive difference in their safety around their homes.
In addition, 88% of customers indicated that the services have helped to improve their general wellbeing.
Feedback was gathered from customers across Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Powys, Flintshire and Wrexham, as well as CONNECT clients in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.
Customers were asked to provide honest feedback on the range of assistive technology and support services, and to share their views and experiences when dealing with the company.
The survey showed high satisfaction with equipment and installation: 92% of respondents were very satisfied or satisfied with the quality of the equipment provided; and the installation process also received high marks, with 93% of respondents expressing satisfaction with the time it took to complete the installation.
The monitoring centre staff were praised for their responsiveness, with 99% of respondents finding the advisors polite, helpful, and clear in their communication. Furthermore, 89% of customers who required the rapid response team were either extremely satisfied or satisfied with the service received, with 68% reporting that the team arrived within 45 minutes of activating their alarm.
Customers shared various positive comments, highlighting the peace of mind and independence the solutions provide. One customer said: “My alarm reassures me and my family that help is only a button press away,” while another stated: “The service is a game changer; we couldn’t live our lives as we do without you.”
