Tech That Cares

Simple tools. Real support.

Research shows that many people are unaware of what TEC is or how it can benefit them. Too often, messages focus on the devices rather than the difference they make.

Delta Wellbeing believes it’s time to change that and is launching a new campaign – Tech That Cares – to show how technology-enabled care can support people in their everyday lives.

“This campaign is about making TEC easy to understand. It’s about people, families, and peace of mind.” – Samantha Watkins, Managing Director.

TEC is equipment that helps people stay safe, well and independent in their homes.

Some examples include:

  • A red button pendant that connects to help 24/7

  • Lifeline alarms

  • Door sensors to alert carers

  • GPS trackers to support people with memory loss

  • Fall detectors for added safety

These tools might seem small, but they provide life-changing reassurance.

About the #TechThatCares campaign

This summer, Delta Wellbeing will share stories and visuals every week to showcase how TEC supports real people.

Each post will focus on:

  • Real stories from the people they support

  • A look inside its 24/7 response service

  • Staff spotlights and simple explainers

  • Ways TEC helps with dementia care, falls and more
