Delta Wellbeing can help you and your loved ones stay safe this winter with 24-hour support at the touch of a button.

Whether you are a friend, family member or a carer concerned about the health and wellbeing of someone, Delta Wellbeing can help give you peace of mind with a lifeline alarm.

Our solutions can be used by people of any age, whether they are living with a medical condition or disability, are older or at risk of a fall, or just a loved one that would benefit from around-the-clock support.

If your loved one feels unwell, suffers a fall or needs other support, they can touch the button on either a wristband or pendant, or a detector will know that they have fallen, raising the alarm.

This alerts a member of the monitoring team, who will help by assessing the situation and taking appropriate action, such as contacting a family member, or the emergency services. The wellbeing advisors always stay on the line until help has been arranged.

With prices from £16.29 a month, Delta Wellbeing has a range of flexible and affordable plans, as well as bespoke support packages. Many products can be linked to a person rather than the monitoring centre so that an alert can be raised to someone close at hand, you can choose which option suits your needs.

Residents living in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion can sign up for an additional full wrap around support service – Delta CONNECT – which is currently free until March 2023*.

David Rees, who arranged for his father to have a lifeline, said:

“I want to thank you for the emergency alarm you provided to my father over the past month. He went downhill rapidly and, without it, he would have been in serious trouble.”

Anthony Morgan, whose wife's grandmother has a lifeline, spoke about how thankful they were for the service when she fell at home.

He said: “We wanted to pass on our thanks for the very pleasant and efficient way that the call was dealt with. We were able to attend within 15 minutes to lift her off the floor and deal with a cut on her arm which is now bandaged and healing nicely. We were also very happy that the advisor that answered the call came back to her after speaking to us to let her know that somebody was on the way to help her. It is usually very difficult to persuade her to press the pendant as she thinks that she is causing a fuss and a nuisance so, a nice experience like this will go a long way towards encouraging her to do so again.”
