If you are contacting us for one of the below reasons, please fill in the out-of-hours emergency form: 

  • Housing repairs*
  • Weather-related issues such as flooding
  • Dangerous structures
  • Problems on the roads

*This form is for emergencies only when your local authority/housing association is closed. Do not use this form to report a non-emergency; please contact your housing provider during normal office opening hours.
